Exam Services
IVCC Course and Program Testing
The Assessment Center provides an area for IVCC students to take their exams if needing accommodations (as determined by the IVCC Center for Accessibility and Neurodiversity (CAN) office), or have missed an exam that was given in class. Certain online and blended courses also utilize the Assessment Center to have exams proctored.
Appointments are required for all IVCC placement testing and IVCC online, blended and telecourse exams. Appointments are strongly encouraged for all other exams to guarantee that the exam is available when the student comes to take their test. Instructors provide the Assessment Center the exam and the appropriate parameters of the test. If you are taking an IVCC course and need an exam proctored away from campus, contact your instructor and the Assessment Center about options available to you.
