Full-Time Faculty Tenure Process Resources
Pre-tenure full-time faculty may have the opportunity to participate in portfolio presentations by full-time faculty seeking tenure. If feasible, information about the presentations will be shared with pre-tenure full-time faculty.

IVCC Faculty Contract - page 13, item G. New Faculty Orientation. During their first complete full-time semester, first year faculty will be required to participate in an orientation. Teaching faculty and laboratory instructors will receive .5 hour reduction in scheduled office hours per week during the semester of the orientation. Counselors will attend orientation as part of their regular workload.
