Academic Affairs
Purpose:
- Provide leadership to ensure the highest quality of instructional programs
 - Create and sustain an environment that enhances teaching and learning
 - Continually improve student learning and performance
 - Provide leadership and management to institutional accreditation and planning processes
 
Academic Affairs is the central administrative office with responsibility for curriculum and academic policy development, implementation and evaluation. This includes:
- career and technical programs and transfer programs
 - continuing education
 - adult education
 - developmental/remedial education
 - instructional technology
 - academic fiscal management
 - evaluation of academic programs
 - faculty development
 - assessment of student learning.
