What are IVCC Curbside Art Kits & How Does it Work?
Supplies & Materials: You will receive the supplies needed to complete your project and written instructions
or a link for access to a video tutorial created by your instructor to demonstrate
the project and help you get started.
There will also be a list of recommended items you will likely have at home. These
may include: your favorite "paint shirt," newspaper or other material to protect your
work space, a cup of water for rinsing paint brushes, paper towels, masking tape,
permanent marker, scissors, etc.
When Registering: Please make sure your phone number, address and email address are up to date. Information
will be sent to you by email regarding your pick-up day. You can register online,
however we suggest enrolling by phone with the IVCC Admissions Office so you can confirm
that all of your contact information is up to date.
Pick-Up Dates: We will be adding additional pick-up dates and projects in the weeks ahead.Project pick-ups are typically scheduled between 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on the listed day.
If you need to schedule a different day or time to better accommodate your schedule,
please let us know. You will receive additional pick-up information approximately
1 week before your pick-up.
Need a Different Pick-up Day or Time? Just ask! We are happy to be flexible if the date and time we have pre-arranged does
not work with your schedule. If you need to request a different pick-up day, simply
call our office to make arrangements. (815) 224-0427.
Project Options: Different projects are available on different dates, so be sure to check each date to see the full listing of available projects. We may add additional dates and additional
projects, so keep checking back in with us!
Curbside Pick-Up: Is available on the dates provided. Directions for picking up your project will be
sent to you by email prior to your scheduled pick-up day. You will arrive at IVCC’s
Main Campus following the directions provided and our masked IVCC team members will
deliver your project(s) to your vehicle. If you prefer "contactless" pick-up, simply
let us know the day of your pick-up. We will place your project outside when you notify
us of your arrival and you can pick-it up by the Lot #7 door.
Register: Due to limited quantities, projects must be purchased in advance. Register online
at ivcc.edu/onlinecec or by calling the IVCC Admissions Office at 815-224-0447. **Please be sure to provide a current email address and updated daytime phone number
at time of registration. Directions for project pick-up will be sent via email.
Need Multiple or Duplicate Projects for a Family Art Day? If you are looking to purchase more than oneof a specific design, give our office a call, and we will assist you in making arrangements.
Looking to Purchase a Project(s) as a Gift? Please call our office if you have questions regarding purchasing a project as a gift.
If you are gifting your project(s) to another person, we will also need their name
and email address so that we can send the video tutorial to them by email.
