External Fundraising

In an effort to coordinate all external fundraising activities for Illinois Valley Community College, all student organizations soliciting funds, donations, and or sponsorships external to the campus must submit a Permission Request Form for External Fundraising.

Before any individual/group may engage in any external fundraising events, the form must be completed, reviewed and approved by ALL the appropriate individuals, and copies retained by the sponsoring individual/group and the IVCC Community Relations and Development Office. If this is a student led project, the form must also include the Student Organization’s Faculty Advisor’s signature.
