IVCC Self-Service Outage

The Self-Service migration is taking a little longer than expected, so enjoy your Spring Break without worrying about school!  We plan to be back up and running normally by Monday, March 17th. We apologize for any inconvenience. During this time, Brightspace and email will still be available.

Students

This will not affect your ability to access your courses in Brightspace or student email. Pay attention to the deadlines in your syllabi. If you encounter issues logging into Brightspace or student email, contact the Student Help Desk.

Students wanting to register for courses that begin March 17th should contact Counseling no later than March 6th for updates on registration.

Students registered for a course that begins March 17th can view their course schedule in Self-Service after March 7th. -

Looking for Summer and/or Fall courses?  We anticipate the new course schedule to be available in Self-Service soon after we have completed the migration and are back online.  Current students, plan on speaking to a Counselor March 17-April 11 to register.

Students looking for their Tax form 1098-T can contact the Cashiers Office at 815-224-0213 for a hard copy if necessary.

Students who are on a payment plan: Your upcoming tuition payment may be delayed. For more information, please check your IVCC email.

Faculty

Check your email for a direct link from Tom Quigley to enter your 8-week final grades and for midterm certification on 14 and 16-week courses. The public link to Self-Service will not work due to the migration.
