Winter Break Closures Announced

Illinois Valley Community College’s winter break begins next week.

Campus services will operate through 4:30 p.m. Thursday, December 19, and the Main Campus and Ottawa Center will then be closed from December 20 through January 1, 2025. Classes ended with final exams during the week of December 9.

Individuals needing official transcripts can order online during the closure at https://www.ivcc.edu/admissions/transcript.php.

The campus reopens Thursday, January 2, 2025, and classes begin a week later, on Thursday, January 9. The campus will be closed the morning of January 8 for an all-campus in-service and student support services and offices will open at noon.
