Employee Verification Of Employment
IVCC now uses Verifent to provide proof of employment and income.
Using Verifent allows us to respond to these verification requests securely, in a timely manner, and transparently to you, ensuring your life events (loans, financing, benefits, etc.) are not held up.
As a consumer, when you apply for credit or any benefit that requires proof of employment and/or income, upon signing the application, you provide consumer consent to the verifier to request this information from your employer. Please direct the verifier to Verifent to make the verification request. The verifier, having been credentialed by Verifent, then makes the request via the Verifent website using our Organization Code FF8BC9, your date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. The verifier must also provide Permissible Purpose in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), another added benefit of using Verifent.
Once the request is made, we will process the verification with the peace of mind knowing that you have provided your consent to release this information and the verifier has been vetted in the process.
