Strong as a Wall, We Support One Another!

In an effort to increase awareness about mental health and decrease the stigma about it, we asked the IVCC campus community to create selfies with encouraging messages to show their support -- and wow, did they respond! We're all in this together! Reach out for help ourselves, lend a hand to others, and above all, take care of ourselves! Because, as everyone here knows, WE MATTER!
