Facilities Requests for Conference and Meeting Space
IVCC has identified several locations for use as community meeting space that may
be used for activities consistent with the policies of the College and Board of Trustees.

Catering on Campus
Food Services is provided through Arbor Management at the Eagles Point Cafe on the
main level of Building C from 7:30 - 11:30 a.m. and in the lower level Cafeteria starting
at 10:00 a.m. through lunchtime. Online ordering for pickup at the Cafeteria is available
at the link below. Catering may be available for special events through our on-campus Food Services, however, you
are not required to use our vendor. Catering requests can be sent through the Catering Request Form
to food_services@ivcc.edu. Please be sure and include your G/L number to charge for internal requests. For
external requests, please indicate who to bill in the instructions. For questions
about catering, call 815-224-0548.
Food vending machines and Pepsi vending machines are available in the cafeteria, on the main level of each building, on the upper level of the Peter Miller Community Technology Center, in the Gym, in TDT, Building J- East and Building J-West. Snacks for purchase are also available in the Bookstore.
