Visit the Student Learning Technologies in A-201, call 815-224-0118, email SLT@ivcc.edu, or submit a ticket for assistance using your digital learning technologies.
Are You Ready for Class?
- Are you a current student who needs to reset your password? Go to Reset Your Eagle Password Note: If you have never logged in and set up your multi-factor authentication method, then you cannot reset your password and must use the checklist in #2 to set up your initial login.
- Are you a new student or a past student returning? Use the Student Technology Checklist. Note: You must allow 24 hours for your email and Brightspace accounts to be created after registering in your first course.
- Need to find your schedule? Log in to IVCC Self-Service Class Schedule using your Eagle Login.
- Need to buy textbooks? Visit the IVCC eCampus Online Bookstore, choose Shop by Schedule, click Sign In Via Your School Account, and enter your Eagle Login if necessary.
- Need to find your course(s) in Brightspace? Visit Brightspace Information
- Need to find your Inclusive Access eBook or courseware in Brightspace? When in your course in Brightspace, click on Content, and look for
the eCampus Inclusive Access link.
- If you are unsure where to find your materials within your course, contact your instructor.

Online Learning
Taking online classes? Visit Online Learning at IVCC. CSP-0002 Orientation to Distance Learning is a required, non-credit course that must be completed before taking your first online course (usually concurrently with your first online course).

- Recording Presentations Learn the most common and student-friendly options for recording presentations.
- Zoom for Students Zoom is the video-conferencing tool used for online classes, virtual meetings, tutoring sessions, and campus events. It allows students to connect with instructors and classmates from any device, making remote learning simple and accessible.
- Panorama Panarama is an accessibility tool integrated in Brightspace that helps make course materials easier to read, understand, and access. It automatically scans files uploaded by instructors and provides students with alternative, more accessible formats so everyone can learn in the way that works best for them.
