December 12, 2019 Closed Session Minutes Committee Meeting

The Closed Session Minutes Committee of the Board of Trustees of Illinois Valley Community College District No. 513 met at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019 in the Board Room – C-307 at Illinois Valley Community College.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Ms. Stevenson.

CLOSED SESSION

It was moved by Dr. Boyles and seconded by Ms. Stevenson to convene a closed session at 5:32 p.m. to discuss the minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act.  Motion passed by voice vote.

On a motion by Dr. Boyles, seconded by Ms. Stevenson, and carried unanimously, the regular meeting resumed at 6:15 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

It was moved by Dr. Boyles and seconded by Ms. Stevenson to adjourn the meeting.  Motion passed by voice vote.  Ms. Stevenson declared the meeting adjourned at 6:18 p.m.
