December IVCC Board meeting and committee meeting advance

Illinois Valley Community College Board of Trustees will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, in the Board Room (C-307). The meeting will open with a public hearing on the 2024 Tax Levy, with adoption expected later in the meeting.

Other agenda items include regular business, personnel appointments and resignations, a new 2025 Board meeting schedule, and board policy updates.

Just prior to the Board meeting, members of the Closed Session Minutes Committee will meet in the Board Room at 4:45 p.m. to review minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act. The committee will convene, then close the meeting to the public while it reviews the materials.
