Alumni and Community Services
IVCC’s Career Services Department assists IVCC alumni and the community members of the Illinois Valley Community College District.
Our goal is to build connections by providing resources for all aspects of the job search - - along with access to online systems with tools to create online portfolios and a résumé builder.
College Central Network (CCN)
IVCC's on-line job resource system - powered by College Central Network - is a FREE
job and internship posting system. Our department administers the site and we use
it as our primary communication tool for those we assist.
This resource is available to IVCC students, alumni and residents of the IVCC district
as well as for the direct hire employers within our community.

entirely to support the job search process. The Center is staffed daily during regular
business hours to provide hands-on assistance with resumes and cover letters, and
to assist visitors with accessing career planning and labor market information via
the Internet. The Center is located within the Career Services area.
