Financial Aid

Located in The Peter Miller Community Technology Center, Room CTC101S (located in the Student Services center).

Financial Aid forms are available online for your convenience.

The Financial Aid Office staff is available to answer all of your questions about financial assistance.  We will also be happy to help you address financial aid questions associated with transferring to another school.  Students are welcome to contact us at any time! Parents may reach out too, but due to privacy regulations we can only share specific student information with parents/guardians if the student has provided written consent. 

Fall and Spring semester

• 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday, Thursday, and Friday
• 8:00am to 7p Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Summer semester

• 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday and Thursday. 
• 8:00am to 7:00pm Tuesday and Wednesday.
• The College is closed on Fridays starting June 12th through July 31st. 

The Financial Aid Office is closed when the College is closed.

Fall 2026

• 07/29/26 - Tuition Due
• 08/03/26-08/28/26 - Fall Semester Book Vouchers are available (Make sure to have your Registration statement and valid photo ID)
• Check your class schedule for drop withdrawal dates

The Financial Aid Office serves students and families by helping them find sources of financial assistance which give them access to college. We teach people about financial aid programs, how to apply for assistance, how to manage financial aid funds, and how to fulfill their responsibilities as financial aid recipients.

In some cases a financial aid application may not reflect a student’s or family’s current financial situation. In some cases a family faces Special Circumstances (e.g., lost or reduced income, death, divorce, illness, natural disaster, etc.) which may increase a student's eligibility for financial aid.

A Special Circumstances Form is used by the Financial Aid Office to report unusual situations faced by applicants and/or their families. Special Circumstances reviews are conducted on a case-by-case basis.

If you have a situation about which you are uncertain, or if you have any questions regarding Special Circumstances, contact us to discuss the matter.

Many financial aid recipients are eligible to defer their tuition and/or purchase required books and supplies before financial aid funds arrive at the college.  Contact the Financial Aid Office to see if you are eligible.

Students receiving Federal Financial Assistance are subject to Federal repayment regulations if they stop attending the College (officially or unofficially) before 60% of a term has been completed.   If the student stops attending before this time period the college and student must return a percentage of "unearned" financial aid.  This will result in a bill being sent to the student.  Students who do not repay their financial aid may lose their eligibility for future financial aid.
