Find Your K#

  • If you applied to IVCC through our application portal:
    • Log In
    • Click Open Application
    • Click on View Update
  • Your acceptance letter sent to your personal email and your home address.
  • Your IVCC student ID card
  • Go to Self-Service, click Forgot Username in the yellow banner, and complete the fields using your name and personal email address as listed with Records. An email will be sent to you.
  • If you do not have an account in the application portal, an acceptance letter, an ID card, or have problems with Self-Service Forgot Username, contact Admissions and Records at 815-224-0447 or email AdmissionsRecords@ivcc.edu.

  • If you applied to IVCC through our application portal:

    • View Update

  • Your IVCC student ID card
  • Your class schedule
  • Your billing (registration) statement
  • If you've already logged into IVCC Self-Service:
    • Sign In
    • Click User Options in the left menu
    • Click User Profile
    • Found under name
