Touchnet Payment Plans

Simple Steps to Enroll:

  • Go to IVCC Self-Service and login
    • New students:
      • Go to www.ivcc.edu/selfservice
      • Select Sign-In in upper right
      • Username: your K#@ivcc.edu o Password: Eaglesxxxxxxx! (Xs represent your student ID# followed by an exclamation point)
      • Click "Next" for More Information Required and enter your mobile phone number or choose another contact option. Using your phone number is recommended since it will make it easier to access other services (e.g., student email) in the future.
      • Password is good for 90 days. You will be prompted to reset your password.
        • New password requirements: 14+ in length containing at least 3 of the following: uppercase, lowercase, number, or special character.
    • Current students: Use your current Eagle login
      • All Students will be required to authenticate when off campus
  • Select Student Finance from the homepage and then choose Make a Payment
  • Continue to Payment Center and then Enroll in payment plan.
    • You may need to enter your IVCC Eagle Mail login if prompted.

Simple Steps to Enroll:

  • Enrollment fee: $30.00
  • Return Payment: $30.00 (non-refundable)

Payment Methods:

  • Checking or Savings account (ACH)
  • Credit or Debit card
  • Regularly scheduled payments

Review your schedule:

  • Review your payment schedule by visiting TouchNet Secure Payment Center through the Make a Payment link on IVCC Self-Service.

IMPORTANT:

  • Payment plan dates are the not the same as tuition due dates. Please check your registration statement or the IVCC website for payment deadlines.

Spring 2026 Plan Options

Payment Plans are available November 7, 2025.

Option 1 – 5 total payments

  • Down Payment: 0%
  • Last day to Enroll: November 28, 2025
  • Number of Monthly Payments: 5
  • Months to Pay: December - April
  • Payment Due Date: 5thof the Month

Option 2 – 5 total payments

  • Down Payment: 10%
  • Last day to Enroll: December 21, 2025
  • Number of Monthly Payments: 4
  • Months to Pay: January - April
  • Payment Due Date: 5thof the Month

Option 3 – 4 total payments

  • Down Payment: 20%
  • Last day to Enroll: January 21, 2026
  • Number of Monthly Payments: 3
  • Months to Pay: February - April
  • Payment Due Date: 5thof the Month

Option 4 – 3 total payments

  • Down Payment: 30%
  • Last day to Enroll: February 19, 2026
  • Number of Monthly Payments: 2
  • Months to Pay: March - April
  • Payment Due Date: 5thof the Month

Option 5 – 2 total payments

  • Down Payment: 50%
  • Last day to Enroll: March 21, 2026
  • Number of Monthly Payments: 1
  • Months to Pay: April Only
  • Payment Due Date: 5

NOTE:  All down payments and enrollments fees are processed immediately. 
    
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY:  Availability of the payment plan is determined by Illinois Valley Community College. Please be aware the College may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific dates and times during registration. Please check with the Cashier Office, if you have any scheduling questions.
