IVCC to close at 8 p.m. tonight due to expected inclement weather

Due to the expected freezing rain and ice accumulation, Illinois Valley Community College’s Oglesby and Ottawa Center campuses will close tonight at 8 p.m.

Students should check Brightspace for additional class-specific information and monitor text messages, social media and/or www.ivcc.edu/cancellations for additional updates.

In addition, all classes and clinicals starting prior to 8 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2025, will be on a delayed 8 a.m. start. At this time, it is expected that classes starting after 8 a.m. will proceed as usual.
