September 29, 2009 Closed Session Minutes Committee Meeting

The Closed Session Minutes Committee of the Board of Trustees of Illinois Valley Community College District No. 513 met at 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 in the Board Room - C307 at Illinois Valley Community College.

David O. Mallery, Chair
Melissa M. Olivero
Thomas C. Setchell

Jerry Corcoran, President

CLOSED SESSION

It was moved by Mr. Setchell and seconded by Ms. Olivero to convene a closed session to discuss the minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act.  Motion passed by voice vote.

On a motion by Mr. Setchell, seconded by Ms. Olivero, and carried unanimously, the regular meeting resumed.

ADJOURNMENT

It was moved by Mr. Setchell, seconded by Ms. Olivero, and carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 6:05 p.m.
